At The Colored Sand Company, we are confident of our quality products. We strive for your satisfaction in each and every purchase. If you feel you would like to return your item(s), we're happy to help.
For all online purchases, The Colored Sand Company accepts return requests up to 21 calendar days from the time of receipt. Your item(s) must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% of the product value will apply.
If your order has an error or has been previously cancelled, please do not refuse courier delivery. Refusing delivery may cause delays in issuing a credit or refund.
How To Initiate A Return
Please do one of the following:
- Request authorization by completing our online Return Request Form. Your initial order sent via email will be required for reference during this form entry.
Our customer support will contact you with details on how to proceed with sending your item(s) back to us.
- Email us at email@example.com with your request to receive authorization. Please make sure to include your name, order number, and item(s) returning, and reason.
Due to exorbitant courier fees, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable. Issued refunds will not include originating shipping costs.
Incorrect Item(s) or Damaged Goods
If you received an incorrect product from what you originally ordered or if your package(s) arrived with damage during transit, please contact our Customer Support at 905-379-5868 or notify via email with your your name, order number, and damage claim. A photo may be requested for verification.
Product exchanges are possible for online orders, but will follow the same authorization procedure as a return.
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you with a confirmation of receipt and refund status by email or phone.
All approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment: Debit, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc. Any questions regarding date posting to your account should be directed to your card-issuing bank.
