Estimate Shipping Cost Without Placing An Order or Creating An Account
The Colored Sand Company has included a quick shipping estimate function viewable within the shopping cart. To activate, you will need to first place an item in your shopping cart. Below, we've created a short video showing how to add an item to the shopping cart, using the estimate shipping tool, and selecting the best service option to calculate your order total.
How Often Do We Ship Orders
Orders received with completed payments are processed immediately and submitted for packaging. Courier pick-ups occur Monday - Friday between 12:00pm - 3:00pm EST. All orders placed after 10:00am EST will be subject to ship the following day.
* With exception to US and Canadian Holidays.
The Colored Sand Company strives to fulfill your order as quickly as possible - typically within 1 - 2 business days. During peak season (April - September), delays can occur due to high order volume and/or limited item availability. Please expect up to 5 - 6 days in some cases.
Does My Order Ship With A Tracking Number?
Yes. All packages sent via courier include a packing slip and tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your order, please contact us at email@example.com for details.
How Long Before I Receive My Order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 days of receipt during normal weekday business hours, provided your payment has been verified and cleared. Please Note: Pallet orders, US & Canadian holidays, and extreme weather conditions are an exception.
